Terms and Conditions
- Payments are to be paid in full before the deadlines specified in the Tuition Fees & Payment Calendar.
- Registration for next academic year is ONLY possible if the parent has paid all due payments of the current academic year.
N.B.
Note that the registration fee, which represents 3500 SR of the total tuition fees, is considered part of the
overall school fees and is non-refundable. The registration process is only complete upon payment of the first
installment and the signing of the contract between WASC Schools and the parent/guardian
- School fees do not include school uniform, iPad, external examination fees, or school trips.
- School uniform will be purchased separately from the school fees.
- Pupils from G3 to G12 will bring their own iPad; enrolment on the school device manager is compulsory to have access to secure internet connections and applications, and subject to an annual fee charged separately.
- Parents will receive from the school a list of stationery items to be purchased externally.
- School trips are optional; some are subject to fees to be charged prior to the trip.
- Cambridge International examinations (IGCSE and A-Levels) fees are charged separately during specific registration windows.
- Kindly note that the assessment fees is not refundable.
