A fully-equipped contact center for our current and prospective families where you will always be able to reach someone at the time that suits you. Parents can make enquiries, schedule a meeting with a learning guide or register for a new program.

Parent Support System:

Because Waad Academy values its partnership with its Learners’ parents, we are launching a Parent Support System “Sharakah” to provide support to all parents via online forms / mobile application. Also to insure that your request reaches the right person, and you are able to follow-up on the request via your email / mobile application and evaluate the service provided to you. We made available the resources and services needed in order to meet the goals and objectives of serving the learners, staff and faculty within the campus of the academy.

1. Reception Office: When you visit the academy you will be greeted by a professional receptionist that will guide you to where you need to be and who you need to see. While waiting, you can relax in the parent lounge.

2. Safety & Security: We are dedicated in make our campus a safe and secure place for our learners and the entire Waad community. To ensure that, we paid close attention to the smallest details from construction material, to the camera systems in place, to how we select security guards that are hired.
